Lawyer is very knowkedgeable, but too busy, travels a lot and is un-responsive. Does not explain the structure and mechanics of the documents he drafts. Bordering on arrogant.
Firm he works for has excessive billing rates. Makes the client pay for the inneficiency of the attoney and staff due to frequent absences of the attorney from the office.
John Sherwood, Estate planning Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I have known Tom Gores for more than thirty years. I have worked with him on Washington State Bar Association matters and participated with him in Continuing Education Programs. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, and brings a certain "reallity" or practicallity to sophisticated estate planning tools. I have no doubt but that his clients' interests are his primary concern. He is one of the best lawyers I know.
