Robert Scott Huff

I was a victim of fraud and hired Huff. He easily took $5k as retainer. Did not do crap! I did all the work and tracked the thief. Gave him addresses and phone numbers but no avail. He did not pursue the funds lost with the bank. Promises to pursue the case for almost 2 years! He would not give e...ven of my retainer back for non performance. I believe he was also getting money from the thief, instead of bringing him to justice. Robert Huff should be DISBARRED from practicing. He’s a fraud and lies. Do NOT HIRE HIM OR GIVE HIM A PENNY! Learn from my experience. Be aware!

Robert Huff was referred to me by my insurance agent. In my case, I was not anticipating the need for an attorney at the time. I had called several other lawyers prior to contacting Mr. Huff and it was the same run around and legal speak. I don't think you can put a price on peace of mind but when he left my office that day, I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief.
