My elderly parents hired Rick for estate planning with myself as Trustee for the estate trust. After my mothers passing I discovered that Rick had set up numerous LLC's and a labyrinth trust web that was so complex for their meager estate it was laughable. also he had interjected himself into the tr...usts complexity so there was really no way out other than to keep him on through closing out the Estate. through out the process Rick appeared arrogant, overbearing, blustery and uncooperative. all there were many errors - one such instance was in his attempt to clear up a title matter related to my parents house he inadvertent recorded documents transferring the neighbors house into my parents name. the first words out of his month was I didn't feel comfortable doing that but that was what the title company told me to do .............. Rick Gregorek was almost prophetic in his care of my elderly father. Rick over the last 4-5 years has been and continues to be instrumental in our estate planning process including establishing multiple Trust(s) and being a Trustee.
