I had requested legal consult from Maria on two occasions. One was regarding an RFE for an immigration case for a relative. She was very patient, read the RFE material well, listened to the case details, explained the process, and took the time to explain the next steps and how best to respond to ...the RFE. Second time, was for a case for a green card holder who stayed in the US for more than two years because of Covid. She took the time also to outline what documenation they need to bring and what to do in case questions or concerns come up during the entry. In addition, she followed up and notified us later about changes that happened at the port of entry recently (regarding a signature that might be required for a form). This was very valuable and saved us a lot of anxiety and gave clarity to what the form means and we were prepared ahead of time. I highly recommend her as she is very resposive and knowledgeable.
