Jordan Enright

After being represented by a previous attorney for 8 years for a business purchase gone wrong, I decided to hire Jordan Jones w/ Smythe & Jones. She was able to assist in negotiating an amicable settlement, saving me thousands of dollars and avoiding trial in a short amount of time. My only regret is... that I don’t hire her sooner!

Jordan was a referral from another attorney. I retained her to litigate against a dishonest building contractor who requested a sizeable cash draw from me early-on, and literally fled without completing most parts of the construction. Jordan is very competent and adept (controlling cost and time spe...nt on only the essentials of litigation). The lawsuit was protracted because the defendant stonewalled time after time, and claimed he only had a few hundred dollars left in his name. Jordan proved that he was lying and at the end, was able to discover that this was a "family heist" - with most of the funds "squirreled" away in his wife's bank account. I was able to settle favorably and collect most of the money. Highly recommend Jordan for those who might end up in an unfortunate situation of being duped by a crooked contractor.

Ms. Jones was referred to me by a construction contractor that had nothing but success with her as a lawyer and my experience was the same. I am a sub of a contractor who did not pay for our services performed for nearly 1 year. Once Ms. Jones got involved we received payment right away. Furthermo...re she was able to negotiate and receive payment for remaining portion of project so we could finish it knowing payment would not be an issue.
