Wildly incompetent and a generally poor disposition. He was hired to help us with a promissory note and reconveyance after it was paid in full. Did not do either. I had to write up the note, amortization and agreement myself. Further, he did not file the reconveyance after the note was paid in fu...ll even though that is what he was specifically paid to do. He has a poor attitude, displaced arrogance and a surly disposition. Not a pleasant person to do business with and recommend avoiding.
