Before engaging with Mr. Kirschner, I came here and read the reviews. I am pleased to report that the high praise I saw expressed here for this man and his team was well deserved. The work Mr. Kirschner and his staff did was nothing less than impeccable. And to my further delight, I found Mr. Kirchne...r to be the best communicator I have ever encountered. The man is encyclopedic in his knowledge of this field, and he’s a good human being.

I had Jerimy and Kendra had my trust done. I made an appointment with him to get the health care will. aka “pull the plug”. His depth of knowledge and experience steered me towards family trust(NOT upselling it and thinking about my family). Him and his team were on it! Educating us on how every...thing works to what if situation. Start to finish was timely and every little questions that we had, he got back to us very quick and got everything taken care of! I know I’m a “small fish in the sea” but there’s no small or big clients with him. Top notch and I can’t speak highly highly highly enough and recommend going with him!!! Once again, THANK YOU to Jerimy, Kendra and his office staff! You guys are THE BEST!

Kelley was very professional and knowledgeable in helping with my estate planning. She offered options and advised on what she believed would work best for me and my needs. Working with Kelley was extremely easy and comfortable. She is friendly and kind, while staying professional. She was dedica...ted to me and was always available to answer any questions as they arose. She is absolutely the best attorney I have had the privilege to work with. I would not recommend Jerimy as an attorney to anyone. He has drug my case out to near ruins, padded my bill, an charged me for services not rendered. I paid for a subpoena to a cell provider that he said would contain the conversations of the text messages I needed for my case and waited almost 9 mo...nths to get them. I had called the phone company myself only to find out that they can not provide that service. He then withdrew from my case just weeks before the evidentiary hearing because he screwed up. It has been a nightmare! I told him I was going to report him to the Nevada Bar Association if he did not reimburse me for billing me for attending a status hearing that never happened which I can prove due to court case records. Since then I had to hire another attorney to clean up the mess he made of my case.
