We had experienced 3 separate events of poplar trees located on an adjacent neighbor’s property that had fallen on my and my next-door neighbor’s proper...ty causing significant damage. The remaining trees were a constant worry every time the wind kicked up. The property owner refused to remove the four dangerous trees that remained and simply stated that it was not his responsibility. I offered with my other neighbor to split the cost of removal three ways, but no deal.
