Benjamin Stier Premack

I first met Ben at a meetup for indie developers. He was there assisting individuals and small teams with the basics of starting a company. Ben provided excellent consultation for our non-profit. A few years later, I hired Ben to handle the formation of a new LLC. He walked me and my partners t...hrough the entire process, and was able to accurately describe, address, and resolve the many nuances of our specific situation. I liked working with Attorney Benjamin Premack. I did not like some of what he told me, but that was actually helpful. He knew how to help me achieve my goals, better than me. This young lawyer helped us so much. He is a good listener. He is a clear communicator. He writes detailed, understandable legal documents. He has done business work for us. He wrote LLCs, Trusts, Wills, and Estate Plans for us. He knows how to take complicated situations and to clarify them, whether... we like what he says or not, we could tell he has our best interests at heart. His attention to detail is notable. He is also a licensed mediator. It helped when there was disagreement between the parties in our situation and he helped us achieve our goal. Not in a “touchy feely way” but in a “professional, stick to achieving the goal way”. It’s nice to work with an attorney who we can tell is not only in this profession to earn a living but who really cares. AVVO is doing him, and people looking to work with a good lawyer, a disservice to rate him as a “7.5” for whatever is their reason. It appears he is knowledgeable beyond his years. I also like that all his calls are answered by voice mail and his office manager returns them to confirm he was the right attorney for us. I liked that had he not been the correct attorney for us, no appointment would have wasted our time.
