Raphael Igwens Nwokike

He passed the Washington State Bar Examination in 2002, was sworn in as an Attorney and licensed to practice Law by the Supreme Court of Washington in 2002. As an active Member of the Bar, he has served in various Bar Committees since 2004. The last was WSBA Law Clerk Board from 2012 through December 2018. Mr. Nwokike is a member of the Washington State Association of Justice (WSAJ) and a member of the listserve.

Mr. Nwokike briefly worked with the Law Offices of Charles Woode in Seattle between 2002 through 2003. He set up the law Practice in 2003. He has represented Diverse Clients in the areas of Laws identified on this website with proven results.

Mr. Nwokike has experience in Civil litigation and works both as Plaintiff's and Defendant's attorney depending on the nature of the civil matter. He continues to represent Clients before the Superior Courts across Washington Counties including filing Appeals to Washington State Court of Appeals, Division 1, and also, worked with Appellate Counsels during Appeals to Divisions 2 and 3 on their Clients cases.

Mr. Nwokike is licensed to practise before the U.S Federal District Court,Western District, Seattle, Washington.

Mr. Nwokike represents Clients on their Immigration cases including apperances before U.S Immigration Court in Seattle, Washington on Asylum cases and pending Removal Proceedings.

He continues to represent Clients on their Family Based Petitions and Applications before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) including appearing for Interviews with Clients at their Local USCIS's Service Centers across the Country with Proven results. Clients Petitions or Applications are approved, thereby, allowing them to Adjust their Status(receiving permanent Resident/Green Card), live and work in the United States.

Mr. Nwokike continues to represent Clients on Personal Injury(P.I) cases involving Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) with injuries and property damage. He works hard to settle the Clients claims by seeking appropriate damages from Insurance Companies with fair and reasonable compensations on their Claims.

As an experienced Family Attorney, Mr. Nwokike continues to represent Clients seeking dissolution of their marriages (divorce), Child support, Spousal Maintenance, Anti-harassment and Domestic Violence protection orders.
