Rajiv & his staff are very professional and helpful in all matters you may wish to discuss about your upcoming retirement. Their planning was much more than legal planning, unlike anything that traditional attorney's offer. The advice and direction they give you helps you to focus on everything you ...need to plan for, such as medical care, housing options, and financial planning, not just the will, medical directives, and financial POA. They also give you meaningful "homework" that gets you motivated to complete your planning process. WefFound this to be valuable and will even be making changes to our first set of documents based on input of the agents present in the family meeting.

I listened to Rajiv on the radio for about 2 years. Then attended one of his free seminars. I had also emailed him for free advice for an elderly neighbor. My opinion of him was that he seemed caring and genuine, so my husband and I hired him to create our legal documents, as well as a lifeplan/roa...dmap. I found Rajiv to be all I thought he was, plus more. He took the time to get to know us as people. Our hopes and dreams, and our struggles. He talked to us about taking control of our health so we could have a more quality life. Also about realistic planning for where we will live as we age. He went over our finances with us and helped us orient to how we currently stand, and what we should consider doing to protect our assets as we age. He then discussed what legal documents would be appropriate for our situation. In all these categories, he had resources available to refer us to both in our area, and closer to where my husband's daughter lives. He also offered us options other than those he most recommended. He involved us in every aspect of the process. So much of what he said resonated deeply within me. I had some sleepless nights as I contemplated this new way of thinking about how I want to live the rest of my life. Some of it had to do with thinking about family, and mending broken relationships. Or who would I entrust with my health or financial directives? Or who would be my beneficiary(s)? As well as the fact that I am not happy in my current job, but at almost 60, what to do about it? Rajiv kindly and compassionately discussed these issues with me and provided some facts and real options. Above all, I never felt like Rajiv was just doing his job. I believe he truly cares about me and my husband living our best lives now, and as we age. And that as we age and face the need for others to make our care decisions, we will have the documents in place, and will have had the conversations we needed to get the care we hoped for. And last, when we pass from this life, we will have already taken the steps to ensure family has the tools to wrap up our estate. I can't recommend Rajiv highly enough. He is a special human being, and I'm so happy I took this journey with him.
