Although at times it was a little hard to get ahold of him, and I had to constantly bug him about getting back to me on several different things, he did everything he said he was going to do in the beginning, without fail. At its conclusion the lawsuit resulted in a dismissal of all charges. When I received the final bill for Mr. Simkins’ services it was significantly less than his original estimate.
