In written documents and in court he would make simple errors on facts of the case. He had a visible tremor when he was nervous which was disconcerting because he spoke to confidence. At the most important time, the settlement hearing, he failed to prepare me. In private he gave me a favorable set of... expectations and then in the presence of the mediator he allowed me to be bullied and in fact turned into a bully himself. For somebody whose job is to guide somebody through a frustrating process, he did a poor job.

I would highly recommend Dan... He was very knowledgeable and always kept me informed. He was always straight forward with me. He never made promises that he couldn't keep.
