Chad R Eubanks

I retained Chad for my divorce and he was honest with me about what I can do and shouldn't do. Chad Eubanks obtained custody of my 3 year old son for me after a year in court and a 3 1/2 day trial. When I met and retained Mr. Eubanks in 2015, our child's mother had effectively cut me out of our son's life. She and her attorney filing various court proceedings against me just to make the cas...es difficult to untangle with loads of administrative paperwork, etc. Most of them included lie after lie about me and all kinds of false accusations and refilings to retry cases. Mr. Eubanks' hard work and dedication turned my case completely around. After countless court hearings and ending with a 3 1/2 day trial in King County, he was able to show to the Superior Court Judge that our son's best interest was to live primarily with me, not with his mother who had withheld him from every chance she could. Mr. Eubanks represented in more than just one case, but four different ones at the same time (custody, domestic violence protection order, invalidity of marriage, and child relocation). Over the course of a year, I've spent days in court beside him and many hours working with him on my case and feel qualified to vouch for his skill. His demeanor was calm, confident, and poised which reflected well against opposing council during trial. Mr. Eubanks explained the legal process and expectations to me along the way which was extremely helpful in such a challenging situation. I'd reccomend Mr. Eubanks in any family law case but especially if your case is extremely challenging with the opposing party.

Chad did a good job handling my divorce and subsequent motion to modify maintenance. The end result was positive and while not entirely everything I hoped for, I feel that it was a fair compromise in a difficult situation. My only issue was that Chad and his paralegal were slow to reply to emails and... sometimes never replied at all. I understand that they are very busy, but so am I and I think sometimes they forgot that the case was really about my livelihood and very important to me.
