Worst of the worst! I retained Shawn Logan to handle a solar contract gone bad. I was already a paying client with a custody matter and several thousand dollars deep with Logan and Copple. I don't think he ever lifted a finger on this case. I asked for updates multiple times, and was re-assured e...verything was under control. Meanwhile the harassment from the solar company never ceased. Fast forward through six months of inactivity, and the first payment was coming due for a solar system that was never installed. I emailed Shawn in frustration, he got butt hurt and dropped the case. He stated he had done worked on the case to justify the fee, but if there was any work completed, it was never forwarded to me. Even after three email requests, very specifically asking for the case file - nothing, bupkis, nada, not even a reply to my last email. Billing is completely opaque, you get a dollar amount and absolutely no explanation of what it's for. I've worked with attorneys several times over the course of my life, most way too full of themselves, it's par for the attorney course - but this is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a bad review. I have few regrets in life; trusting Shawn Logan is absolutely one of those regrets. Save your time, money and aggravation and look elsewhere.
