fast turnaround
I would get 5 or 6 calls from creditors every day... Mr. Smith answered all of my questions about the difference between chapter 7 and 13 and which would would best help me... Expensive Start
Good communication until after filing and agreeing to payment. Then had serious problems getting any sort of response. Gave excuses of being too busy to respond. Over 1 week now and no answer so far... Paid close to $5,000 for ch13 and have paid over $1400 in additional fees. Would never hire again.
