We worked with Corey on a land use issue. His knowledge was good, though not comprehensive. For example, after reading the relevant ordinance, we identified problems he hadn't, problems he later agreed were there. The biggest problem working with Corey is his lack of responsiveness. During a cr...unch time for us (a period of a couple weeks), Corey was completely unresponsive, despite our contacts by email, by fax, and via voice messages. We ended up missing a deadline because we could not get Corey to respond. He eventually did respond, but with no mention or apology about his delays. When we contacted him again to follow up, same problem: we contacted him multiple times over multiple days without response. We don't expect every attorney to be instantly available, but Corey's unresponsiveness was far beyond reasonable.
