Visiting the great state of Oregon ,I was accompanied by two idiotic associates of mine that in their scandalous behavior,stupidity got us all arrested and put in jail. Cops searched me...found something (a narcotic and some other s**t I shouldn't have had on me. I knew they were wrong ...that th...e search and arrest was unlawful. I told my Public Defender to fight it for me as there definitely was a probable cause issue......No dice.....the attorney was like take the plea....its no jail time....you'll get probation..I almost did take the deal... Then, thank God someone referred me to Jody.. She was very diligent, thorough, and professional. She wrote a brief to suppress the evidence and it was so effective that the prosecutor did not even try to refute her argument." Needless to say Jody Stutsman Vaughan doesn't play " We won.!!! Shes a fighter. She's smart. I Highly recommend hiring her.
