Great peace of mind!

My wife and I met with Mr. Heatherman to arrange a living trust. He guided us through the process, made it easy to understand and confident in the fact that we had protected out assets for our children. He then went above and beyond by checking a chain of title to make sure everything was in order.... Without charge. Mr. Heatherman is our go to guy for any legal matters.

A very professional and personable attorney!

My wife and I recently met with Paul Heatherman to help us establish a living trust. We were extremely pleased with the entire process! We found Paul to be very knowledgeable, conscientious and efficient in all aspects of the job. Paul took the time to listen to our goals and competently guided us... throughout to a completed document that captured exactly what we sought to accomplish with our living trust. He often offered helpful suggestions along the way to address and clarify specific provisions we wanted in the document. When we had questions, Paul was always very thoughtful in his responses and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. He was also very patient with us and made sure we were completely satisfied with the language of the trust all along the way. We also found his price to be very reasonable given the number of hours that he spent with us both in person and exchanging draft revisions. Paul's staff were all very pleasant and efficient to work with too. As with Paul, his staff always responded in a very timely manner to our needs. Quite simply, Paul is just a very nice man to work with and was completely competent in the work he did for us. We will definitely seek his guidance again if needed and we will highly recommend him to our friends as trustworthy, honest and professional.

A Pleasure to Work With

I hired Paul to work on 2 real estate transactions. He did a great job on both, his fee was very reasonable, He did the work in a timely manner, and he communicated with me (sometimes a novelty in this day and age). Paul is just a competent, nice person to work with.

Above and betond

Paul Heatherman is amazing. I highly recommend him. He really helped me prepare for my case. I am so glad i went with him instead of the other attorney. I was nervous and he gave me direction for case He is very knowledgable. After meeting with him i had a plan. He is ethical and fair in fees. I ...will next have him doing my living trust.
