We contacted several lawyers and met a couple prior to meeting Kendra for the first time on Skype. Kendra was not only friendly, she was very accommodating due to different time zones as we were in Asia at the time. Our case wasn't the most difficult to handle, yet with any immigration issue, we wo...uld always make sure every detail is covered. Kendra not only answered every question without rush, she let us see the picture, understood where we were and how we should proceed, in a very friendly, down to earth manner(unlike a typical lawyer who uses terms you don't understand and never has time for you until you meet his/her paralegal 5 times first!). We didn't sign any contract with Kendra, but she was always willing to answer any follow up questions we had over emails - and, again, detailed answers. Our current situation, unfortunately, does not allow us to continue with Kendra, which surprisingly, she responds back to us in a very friendly and understanding way.
