Potter claims to be a criminal defense lawyer working for the public defenders. He left my husband sitting in county jail for 3 years before finally bringing his case to trial. And that was only because the statue was about to expire. With very very serious charges pending Potter refused to see his c...lient speak with his client by phone or in person. After many many broken promises to come see him his client never even got to see his full discovery before trial. Every promise Potter made was a lie. At trial, even the victim said that it wasn't the defendant, Potter's client, that did the crime. Potter had said that there would be an expert witness, and had postponed trial twice because the expert had conflicting scheduling events, and yet he never put her on the stand. His client had to alibi witnesses who also were never put on the stand. Potter called absolutely no witnesses. His client will now spend the rest of his life in jail for something he didn't do. Since no new evidence can be entered with an appeal Potter made sure that an appeal would be useless. So an innocent man dies in prison.
