We hired Heath to help with a high conflict custody issue between my husband and his ex-wife. Heath immediately understood the dynamics of the situation. He fought hard for what he knew was right and he got us the best possible outcome in court. Heath is a strong advocate for his clients and cares ab...out justice and fairness. Heath won’t sell you a load of bull he’ll tell you if what you’re asking for is reasonable and he’ll tell you if what you’re asking for is unreasonable He’s not going to let you walk into court and look like an idiot. I firmly believe that his honesty with us is the reason that we walked into court and got what we were asking for. We walked in looking like the reasonable party and we walked out happy with the results. I would recommend Heath to anybody that’s dealing with custody issues or a high conflict divorce he’s definitely a realist and will let you know what you can expect and what is unreasonable.
