Best Landlord Attorney Around!
We used Mr. McCarty to handle our Landlord/Tenant rental agreement contract issue and eviction. He did so much background research and had everything so well prepared for the trial on our issues that we didn't even need to testify. Kevin McCarty represented me in a child support modification. I found him to be very professional and prepared. The judge and my ex's attorney were very impressed with his concise and forthright presentation of the facts. I highly recommend Kevin McCarty.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known and worked with Kevin for over 20 years. He is an excellent attorney and an honest and caring man."

"Kevin McCarty is knowledgeable, personable and an effective advocate for his clients. He is well-versed in family law and is well-respected by his fellow attorneys and by the local judges. He is also the best landlord-tenant lawyer in Central Oregon."
