I started working with Alison in 2008 when she initially helped a petition my divorce. She worked with me through the divorce proceedings which resulted in a fair settlement as well as a fair child custody agreement. Back then Alison gave me instructions to follow in case litigation came up later.... That advice proved vital in what was to come in 2017. Alison‘s advice I was prepared for the new litigation which included frivolous allegations, as well as a custody evaluation ordered by the respondent. The result was favorable to my case. We persevered but only because I followed what Alison prescribed back in 2008. If there was anything negative I had to put in this review it would be sometimes she’s hard to get a hold of or responses take time. With that said, I had to understand that Allison is busy helping people through the same things she helped me with. Keep that in mind if she doesn’t get back to you right away. I would recommend Alison to anyone needing representation through the rough waves that occur in life.
