A very acrimonious divorce. Unfortunately, an ex-wife who was far more cunning than my lawyer. She refused to sign documents, he said 'It'll be OK, just send the check. If she signs it, that's good enough.' Well, it wasn't nearly good enough. I sent the checks, then when she tried to come b...ack on me, not only did the judge say 'why didn't your attorney get this modification signed?', Eric refused to come and help the process with his testimony. Worthless representation. Oh, and by the way, it cost over $30,000.
