Linda A Ratcliffe

I was referred to Linda Ratcliffe in April, 2013 as I needed help with the paperwork to step in as Trustee for my sister's Trust. What started as a simple issue, soon turned into a maelstrom of issues including my also becoming my sister's Guardian and Conservator, and then lept into a solid year of... serious legal battles with my sister's now ex husband and attorney girlfriend. Linda R. helped me with all of the duties I had taken on as far as the Trust, Guardianship and Trust duties, and did a fantastic job. She was always there to help, explain and do whatever was necessary for me to be able to do the absolute best I could for my sister. Linda Ratcliffe is not only an intelligent, articulate, caring and knowledgeable attorney, but her ethics and professional conduct are beyond reproach. During the course of our attorney/client relationship, Linda R, myself and multiple others were involved with complaints filed with the Oregon State Bar Disciplinary Committee against my sister's now ex-husband's attorney girlfriend. We all ended up testifying for the Oregon State Bar prosecution at the Disciplinary Hearings. Linda R, as a fellow attorney, took very seriously, the egregious things that the attorney girlfriend had done, and was especially upset by the woman's complete lack of remorse, conscience and especially her blatant disregard for the professional ethics and conduct expected of an attorney. Linda spent hours preparing her testimony and, in my opinion, did an amazing job testifying. She was well organized and she presented only the facts. The Oregon State Bar disciplinary committee ultimately recommended disbarment for the attorney, and I believe that Linda's testimony was a critical part of that decision. I will always be glad that I was referred to and was able to work with Linda Ratcliffe. I would definitely recommend her to others and would definitely use her again if the situation arose.

Linda is an attentive lawyer. Who has extreme attention for details. She works closely with you making sure everything is understood and just how you want it to be.
