Dont let him hold any money for you in trust because you will play endless games trying to get it back. He doesnt return calls nor is he in office when it says he will be or during business hours. Im reporting him and taking him to court if I dont get my $500 back soon. If he ever pays me my mon...ey ill update and he isnt my attorney he is my sons and he held $500 in trust of MyMoney to try to get the case settled and charges dropped. He couldnt even pull that off. And has failed to return my money so far despite repeated requests..

Does not return phone calls. Every meeting - same questions. Impossible to get an appointment, and cancels 75% of them. If you want a lawyer to convince you to take a horrible plea..he's your guy. There is absolutely no feeling that he is working for you. he does not follow up on any requests... with merit. You feel like you're talking to a prosecutor, not a defense lawyer
