He hardly made one sentace of words at my disabilty hearing. Did not present any argument to the Hearing Judge. And he did not take my case to a federal lawsuit like he said he would. According to my new lawyer I have the strongest case on his desk. I also witnessed him poorly represent a state licen...sed MMOP client. When the prosicution associated scales with illegal drug operations this lawyer did not question the defendant on if scales are need to assure inventory is within state limits. Scales are needed because the state has weight limits. He did not present evidance that the defendant had a grace period that he could have a 30 day laps.
