Several years ago this attorney drafted the original CCNR's for our condo group. When we approached her to make a possible change she said she would look into it. Assuming she had some answers to how we could change our CCNR's she asked us to come in but when we came in she asked the same questions a...gain and could not remember the CCNR's so we watched her read them. She promised to send us a paragraph that night to amend our document but she never provided it. We emailed back and forth if she had any information or the paragraph to which she repeatedly said not yet then we got a bill for about $600 based on her 2 hours of work which included our visit and emails. When we challenged the bill she said we were not guaranteed an outcome.
