Allen G Drescher

I have known Allen Drescher for nearly 20 years and I have retained him on several occasions. As a Judge, I also had the experience of being on the receiving end of the law, having a traffic violation case come to him for his judgement, which was correctly and swiftly dismissed. (A traffic ticket I s...hould never have received and a lack of evidence from the Police Officer, made the case reasonably simple to adjudicate. Nonetheless, it was a slightly uncomfortable situation). My most recent legal case involved a complex set of issues with a prior business that I had owned. Initially, I assumed that I had an uphill battle to fight. I was up against the attorney for the business and its new owner. The case involved ownership of shares and several matters including intellectual property rights, along with my rights to continue on with my own career.
