DIDN'T WORK FOR ME
I was a client of Mr. Andersen's firm for a serious nerve damage personal injury from a fall. A few months later Mr. Andersen sent me a Christmas card from the firm, and then 3 months later his associate called me to come in to his office. I gathered up all of my documentation for that consultation...
Dear Sue, We are sorry you had a bad experience with an attorney, but you are confusing our firm with some other law firm you may have contacted. This is clear, not only from our own records but also from your own statements. You refer to having received a Christmas card from us. We did not send Christmas cards in 2018. You also end by saying you would not recommend "Kelly Williams." We do not know who that person is. Our records show that you contacted our office in July 2018 for an injury that occurred in July 2017, one year earlier. By the time you contacted us you had already filed a lawsuit, claiming a total of $500,000 for all your damages. We declined your case on the same day you contacted us because - based on the information you provided - we did not believe the property owner was responsible for your fall. This was a full year before the statute of limitations would expire in July 2019. We would not withdraw from any case just 10 days before the statute of limitations if we had been working on the case for months. If we had ever been that close to the deadline, we would have filed the case in court in order to meet the statute of limitations. We then would have served a summons on each defendant. Only after safeguarding our client’s claim would we ever withdraw from any case that close to the statute of limitations. We are sorry you had such a bad experience with a law firm, but it was not with us. Best, Kelly

More than I hoped for
Kelly Anderson recently represented me and I could not have asked or prayed for a better lawyer. Both his knowledge, and integrity stood out to me from the beginning. He worked extremely hard and was patient with my questions and concerns when they would arise. He responded to emails and phone calls ...

Kelly Andersen
Without reservation I highly recommend Kelly Andersen. I worked with Kelly throughout a terrible time in my life. I was broken, terrified, confused and freshly 18 years old. Kelly fought for me, for what is right and without promise of compensation. He continues to represent me and I will always be g...

"I endorse this lawyer. Kelly is professional, hard working, thoughtful , and generous. I have known Kelly for years. I have referred and will continue to refer cases to Kelly because I know he is a great lawyer."
"I have the privilege of working in the same community as Kelly. Having seen him teach a continuing legal education event and share his knowledge of voire dire, his deftness with technology and his ability to cleanly and concisely articulate a complex point with a crowd of younger attorneys - I can attest to Kelly's abilities in a courtroom setting. I serve on a board with Kelly and find his observations, advice to the group and goals for the organization to be spot on. I would endorse Kelly for any of his practice areas as one of the top attorneys in the Valley or the State. His reputation is deserved."
