DIDN'T WORK FOR ME

I was a client of Mr. Andersen's firm for a serious nerve damage personal injury from a fall. A few months later Mr. Andersen sent me a Christmas card from the firm, and then 3 months later his associate called me to come in to his office. I gathered up all of my documentation for that consultation.... Instead of discussing my case as I had been expecting, Kelly L Andersen withdrew from representing me because they weren't comfortable that it was a 'premise liability' case although they had known that from the very beginning. I was stunned and discouraged! And I cried. I was extremely shaken because his firm's withdrawal left me just 10 days to find new counsel before the 2-year statute from the date of the injury would expire after which I couldn't file suit for damages. I had to scramble fast to find another lawyer. After a few of rejections and feeling that no one would help me, luckily for me I found another attorney who took my case. As I said, my injury was serious and my new attorney and I settled for over a half million dollars. Mr. Andersen could have caused me substantial harm by withdrawing from my case, especially so close to the statute expiration. So no, I don't recommend Kelly Williams.

Dear Sue, We are sorry you had a bad experience with an attorney, but you are confusing our firm with some other law firm you may have contacted. This is clear, not only from our own records but also from your own statements. You refer to having received a Christmas card from us. We did not send Christmas cards in 2018. You also end by saying you would not recommend "Kelly Williams." We do not know who that person is. Our records show that you contacted our office in July 2018 for an injury that occurred in July 2017, one year earlier. By the time you contacted us you had already filed a lawsuit, claiming a total of $500,000 for all your damages. We declined your case on the same day you contacted us because - based on the information you provided - we did not believe the property owner was responsible for your fall. This was a full year before the statute of limitations would expire in July 2019. We would not withdraw from any case just 10 days before the statute of limitations if we had been working on the case for months. If we had ever been that close to the deadline, we would have filed the case in court in order to meet the statute of limitations. We then would have served a summons on each defendant. Only after safeguarding our client’s claim would we ever withdraw from any case that close to the statute of limitations. We are sorry you had such a bad experience with a law firm, but it was not with us. Best, Kelly

More than I hoped for

Kelly Anderson recently represented me and I could not have asked or prayed for a better lawyer. Both his knowledge, and integrity stood out to me from the beginning. He worked extremely hard and was patient with my questions and concerns when they would arise. He responded to emails and phone calls ...quickly and I never felt brushed aside. He’s a good man and does right by the client. I would highly recommend him and I’m grateful God put him in my path during a difficult situation and time.

Kelly Andersen

Without reservation I highly recommend Kelly Andersen. I worked with Kelly throughout a terrible time in my life. I was broken, terrified, confused and freshly 18 years old. Kelly fought for me, for what is right and without promise of compensation. He continues to represent me and I will always be g...rateful. couldn’t have found a better lawyer than Kelly Andersen. If you are looking for someone who is professional, honest, intelligent, kind and will always look out for your best intentions call Kelly. Thank you Kelly, you made all the difference.

family tragedy

Our family suffered a tragic loss at the hand of an intoxicated driver. Kelly represented our family with remarkable tenacity and gentleness in a time of great difficulty. He is smart, insightful and pays great attention to detail. I have since observed his determination to achieve a fair and equit...able outcome for his clients on many occasions. He is truly a great credit to his occupation. I would feel to be in good hands with Mr. Andersen in any circumstance in a court of law. He represents the best his occupation has to offer.

Brilliant and Honest Lawyer

Kelly Andersen is a brilliant lawyer with vast experience. He handled my case with incredible professionalism and had my back every step of the way. Not only is he extremely honest, but he will do everything in his power to help and protect you from being harmed further. Kelly is also very easy to ...work with. From the moment I met Kelly, I could tell he was not only a knowledgeable attorney but also an individual of great integrity and character. Instantly, I felt at ease with his approach to my matter. He is a true seeker of justice for those who need help. He explained everything to me so that I would know what to expect, and all possible outcomes that could potentially occur. I always felt complete confidence in his professional knowledge and actions. If you are looking for an attorney to guide you through the legal process with great care and dedication, look no further. Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have the privilege of working in the same community as Kelly. Having seen him teach a continuing legal education event and share his knowledge of voire dire, his deftness with technology and his ability to cleanly and concisely articulate a complex point with a crowd of younger attorneys - I can attest to Kelly's abilities in a courtroom setting. I serve on a board with Kelly and find his observations, advice to the group and goals for the organization to be spot on. I would endorse Kelly for any of his practice areas as one of the top attorneys in the Valley or the State. His reputation is deserved."
