family tragedy

Our family suffered a tragic loss at the hand of an intoxicated driver. Kelly represented our family with remarkable tenacity and gentleness in a time of great difficulty. He is smart, insightful and pays great attention to detail. I have since observed his determination to achieve a fair and equit...able outcome for his clients on many occasions. He is truly a great credit to his occupation. I would feel to be in good hands with Mr. Andersen in any circumstance in a court of law. He represents the best his occupation has to offer.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have the privilege of working in the same community as Kelly. Having seen him teach a continuing legal education event and share his knowledge of voire dire, his deftness with technology and his ability to cleanly and concisely articulate a complex point with a crowd of younger attorneys - I can attest to Kelly's abilities in a courtroom setting. I serve on a board with Kelly and find his observations, advice to the group and goals for the organization to be spot on. I would endorse Kelly for any of his practice areas as one of the top attorneys in the Valley or the State. His reputation is deserved."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
