she was my public defender she did not listen to my defense she missed the clear basic issues of my defense.my case was very simple in that the police report had many flaws whuch shevshould have used.that the police report was not done for five days showed it was tampered with. i was Not given a f...air trial she had no witnesses and never brought up katherin macon v state of fl 2006 dca case on resisting arrest which i was not allowed to bring to the jury to decide. My rights were violated and she dis nothing tovrefute the prosecutors witnesses. She did basically nothing to represent me including asking to be relased nelson hearing and goung infront of the jury crying stating she disnt want to represent me.i had a terrible defense and she was capable of far better and she never set my case for appealable issues.
