I must agree with the following review as the almost exact same thing happened to me. Wendy set my expectations so high but come time for court she was willing to settle for anything and she did not actually want to fight. I to now have less then what I started with after 1,000 dollars later. !! ... I sought out Wendy for a child custody case. At first I felt confident she was on my side, and she made my case seem like an easy one. She laid out everything on the table of what I would get. As time went on she was bullied by the opposing lawyer. She was asking me to give up more and more of what I was originally wanting. By the end of everything I left with less than I started with. I wouldn't recommend Wendy for a child custody case. She is extremely nice, and punctual. However nice will get you nowhere in the courtroom.

Wendy has done two custody cases for me now. She did the first custody trial, then 3yrs. later I was served with paperwork for the other parent to take me back to court to modify custody. As a man trying to get and keep sole custody of my daughter I could not have asked for someone better to be on my... side and take the case!! Wendy had success the first time in the custody trial, so I retained her a second time for the attempted custody modification. Once again she prevailed and allowed me to keep custody of my daughter. Wendy is very professional and understands the stress and heartache involved in the cases she does.

I have worked with Wendy for a long time, and walked into the courtroom with her twice, and in both cases we walked away happy and content. I have 2 kids, and my x was doing everything she can to compromise their relationship with me. It was an up hill battle but Wendy was always present for me, and ...gave me council whenever I needed it. She helped me block my x attempt to move the kids away from to another town, even though she had full custody. I was awarded equal time and rights with my kids I owe all that to Wendy for her clear understanding of law, and her smart and strategic planning of how to approach the case .... She will did everything she could to avoid the courtroom because she understood that it is hard on every member of the family. However, I had the chance to witness her in the courtroom because my x refused to compromise, and Wendy was brilliant, strong, fought for me and the kids to the end ... and the outcome was in our favor by the a mile ... and I couldn't have the strong relationship that I have with my kids today if it wasn't for Wendy.

I had went to many lawyers her in Medford and received many let downs. Some lawyers did not seem interested in my case others had very high fees. In other words no one seemed just right. Until I came across Wendy's name online, immediately I had a feeling. I contacted her office the following day and... within a few hours she was quick to call me back herself. Right away she made me feel more at ease with this custody battle I endured. Through the process Wendy gave me the hope that I was waiting for 2 years. Not only did she work with my budget, she really seemed to care. Overall Wendy did a wonderful job , worked very hard for my daughter and I, always was quick to answer any questions I had, and helped me stay positive. Just when I felt like I would never find someone to help me I found her. I would highly recommend her.
