Wendy Levy

I recently went through a very difficult divorce and custody battle, when my wife left me. The first thing I did, like anyone would do, is google a great lawyer. I found Wendy Levy, and thought I would give her a call. She met with me that day, talked me through the initial shock, and kept me calm. T...hroughout the whole situation Wendy was amazing, even though she had to “hold my hand” sometimes, she was very kind and a great person. She fought hard in court and was perfect. I would hands down refer any of my friends or family to Wendy.

I hired Wendy to represent me in a complicated child custody case. I had a wonderful experience utilizing Wendy Levy as my attorney. My case was extremely difficult and she took the time to make me feel at ease with the process. If you only want to damage the other side then Wendy may not be your fir...st choice. Wendy takes the time to work with you for a long term solution that will work for all parties involved with your needs coming first of coarse. If a hearing is needed Wendy is great in the courtroom and will fight for you but this should be a last resort rather than a first choice. I will certainly utilize Wendy in the future in the event I need to.

I must agree with the following review as the almost exact same thing happened to me. Wendy set my expectations so high but come time for court she was willing to settle for anything and she did not actually want to fight. I to now have less then what I started with after 1,000 dollars later. !! ... I sought out Wendy for a child custody case. At first I felt confident she was on my side, and she made my case seem like an easy one. She laid out everything on the table of what I would get. As time went on she was bullied by the opposing lawyer. She was asking me to give up more and more of what I was originally wanting. By the end of everything I left with less than I started with. I wouldn't recommend Wendy for a child custody case. She is extremely nice, and punctual. However nice will get you nowhere in the courtroom.

Wendy has done two custody cases for me now. She did the first custody trial, then 3yrs. later I was served with paperwork for the other parent to take me back to court to modify custody. As a man trying to get and keep sole custody of my daughter I could not have asked for someone better to be on my... side and take the case!! Wendy had success the first time in the custody trial, so I retained her a second time for the attempted custody modification. Once again she prevailed and allowed me to keep custody of my daughter. Wendy is very professional and understands the stress and heartache involved in the cases she does.
