Raymond Churba

I understand that you may go to legal aid because you feel you have no choice. This guy RAY CHURBA is worthless. I fired him and went on my own for awhile...I am a father of three and had a very winnable case. Yet this idiot was unprepared for hearings...losing documents, etc. I sent him an e...mail and asked him to please be more prepared for court and then he filed a motion to get off the case. Turned out to be the best thing. On my own I did much better and then at the end hired a very capable lawyer to finish this thing. Today, I won custody of my children...and in no thanks to Ray Churba. Completely worthless...listen do it yourself...or get the money from someone...go to your church...do a garage sale...anything but RAY CHURBA! I suspect the people that gave 5 stars...those are the ones that won their case. What about the ones that were screwed because RAY CHURBA refused to do his job!

Ray was a delight to work with! Told it how it was and was always right! He made the process of getting my daughter a much easier task then it could have been on my own. He is just an over nice, helpful person and I would go back to him any day (but hopefully I won't need to, ha!) Great guy and great... lawyer! Thanks Ray!

Raymond Churba is an outstanding lawyer. I came to Mr. Churba in need of legal counsel for my divorce and child custody issue. Mr. Churba was the first laywer I have ever had dealings with. He originally helped me with my Divorce case. Coming out of a violent relationship trying to keep myself and my daughter safe. Mr Churba help me with my divorce and child custody/support. He was honest, caring and very informative. Always... easy to get ahold of if I had a question or concern. He was just an E-mail or phone call away and ALWAYS promtly got back to me.
