Ray was great through this whole process. I've never navigated the system, I had no idea what I was doing when I came to Ray. He helped me through everything, he was very informative in letting me know what steps he was taking, what papers he was filing, he didn't just let me wait and wonder the stat...us of my case, he kept me posted with any news he had and even when he didn't have news he made sure to let me know what we were waiting for and why. Very nice man, very patient, knowledgeable, he got the ball rolling and kept it going! Also, super nice guy, good attitude and good vibe..
