Highly recommend!

Spoke with Maryanne regarding a legal matter and I would highly recommend her and RISE Law Group for anyone seeking professional and direct council.

Child custody

Maryanne was a blessing, she helped me through one of my darkest times, she reassured me to stay strong, stay positive and remain calm, cool, collected, respectful but don’t show any fear!!! She is is a God sent from above, I will be re-hiring her when needed, she never lets me down!! ❤️

So grateful to her and her team.

I have been meaning to write this review for awhile, but as one can imagine what transpired for me to even be here was a series of painful life events that ultimately ended in victory - with that said, I am SO GRATEFUL to Maryanne Pitcher, her team, and all the staff at Rise Law Group. For context, I... was kept from seeing my son for over 90 days. I am and have always been an engaged, loving, and attentive father. I reached out to Maryanne for help. And she and her team fought HARD and won my case. This is huge- my son and I are very close and it has been such the victory for my son, my family, and I to have the love filled experiences we have now - the ones that every father or loving parent wishes for their family. But I want to be more specific about my experience with Maryanne and her team. Have you heard she is quite the fighter in court? That’s because she absolutely is. She KNOWS HER MATERIAL and, more than anything, she BELIEVED in me and our case. She was there to literally coach me, encourage me, and ground me on more than one occasion. And I am beyond grateful for that. Her team was responsive to my very needy needs (I called/emailed, a LOT). The firm worked with me to make the best price. And to be clear, when Maryanne thought it appropriate, she reached out to settle. So if you are here wondering if you should retain her or the services at Rise Law Group, at the very least give them a call and meet with them. I know you are in a painful situation if you are reading this. Do your self a favor and get yourself to a firm that not only KNOWS the law, but will CARE ABOUT YOU and what is right.

Great Lawyer

Maryanne was great! She was very helpful, straightforward, listened to concerns, and not intimidated or a pushover in the court room. She was able to help with my family law case and worked diligently to get things done/settled. I would definitely recommend her for your legal needs.

DISHONEST! IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED BLIND, CHOOSE HER!

Maryanne will NOT spend any time on your case, except on the first 30 minutes consultation at the premium price of $325.00, with the sole purpose of gaining your business. Once she has your business, you immediately become a number, tossed around from office employee to office employee, with little t...o no access to her, and with astronomical charges for every attempt to contact her office. She sat on my case for a month, having done absolutely nothing! When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, I was given the wrong information (that my ex had been served when in reality she had not even drafted the divorce papers) and when I requested the documents for review, she took days and sent completely unrelated documents, that did not even resemble what I had requested and needed. And, yes, you guessed it: I was charged for every bit of it, without result. My Advice? RUN! And when you think you're far enough, run a little longer!
