I have been meaning to write this review for awhile, but as one can imagine what transpired for me to even be here was a series of painful life events that ultimately ended in victory - with that said, I am SO GRATEFUL to Maryanne Pitcher, her team, and all the staff at Rise Law Group. For context, I... was kept from seeing my son for over 90 days. I am and have always been an engaged, loving, and attentive father. I reached out to Maryanne for help. And she and her team fought HARD and won my case. This is huge- my son and I are very close and it has been such the victory for my son, my family, and I to have the love filled experiences we have now - the ones that every father or loving parent wishes for their family. But I want to be more specific about my experience with Maryanne and her team. Have you heard she is quite the fighter in court? That’s because she absolutely is. She KNOWS HER MATERIAL and, more than anything, she BELIEVED in me and our case. She was there to literally coach me, encourage me, and ground me on more than one occasion. And I am beyond grateful for that. Her team was responsive to my very needy needs (I called/emailed, a LOT). The firm worked with me to make the best price. And to be clear, when Maryanne thought it appropriate, she reached out to settle. Great Family attorney

As a father , I have hired other family attorneys in the past, Maryanne is the best ! Her legal staff listened to the issues I was having with my daughter and her mother in regards to parenting time. Maryanne fought for me in court and brought up this issues, unlike previous attorneys. The judge... awarded me makeup time! Maryanne and her legal staff are worth every penny and I highly recommend her to anyone!

Amazing Lawyer With Experience And Knowledge To Back You Up

When I had an issue with my ex leaving the state and taking our son with I found Maryanne on Avvo and it was the best decision I made. I contacted her for a consultation and she laid out my choices and from there it was a no-brainer that I would hire based on her expertise and guidance. For over a ye...ar I had Maryanne as my attorney through several cancelled or delayed hearings Maryanne and her staff never made me feel like they were not thinking about me as a client. Through the ups and downs Maryanne and her staff were able to deliver answers on a timely basis and with the facts. When the trial finally came I felt as prepared as possible with a game plan in place and Maryanne along with Jamie executed and were to grant me the parenting time with my son I had not had in over a year. Thanks to her I am now able to spend more time with my son on a more set schedule than I had before and I cannot thank this staff enough.
