Long story short, after 15 months of made-up (false) noise complaints by my homophobic neighbor I pushed on Principle Property management (PPM) to deal with the issue. In doing so PPM issued a 24 hr eviction notice to me. I sought help and found Mr. Capp. He made time to see me right away.
