This custody case was paternal grandparents versus deceased daughter's husband of one month, but caretaker of two kids for past 3 years, and daughters first choice as future caretaker. Words are not enough to express how excellent Gina has been as our Legal expert. When you think of Lawyers; many people will think of how much they will have to pay for the services offered. Yes; Lawyers need to be paid, but Gina is not one of those people who see your wallet first. Sitting in her office; I can now see why the phones kept ringing and secretaries inquiring if she has time to talk to another customer. That in itself speaks volumes of the kind of Lawyer Gina is. In as much as the phones kept ringing; Gina made sure that we were done with our appointments, before picking another phone. Gina also took her time to get more information from us; out of her business hours. Several times we called Gina late in the evenings and she was always there to listen to our concerns. Not easy to find a Lawyer who is willing to call you back late in the evening about your cases. Gina is one of many few Lawyers that are well known in our community. She is the best attorney you will want to represent you. Even with the excellent reputation; Gina is as humble as she can be; willing to work with people who are hurting and putting herself right in there situation. Our case is not over yet; however we have some victory so far. Gina has given us enough information as to what we need to do. She is willing to go with us all the way. At this point she has done her research; given us some ideas; and she is still waiting to represent us depending on how the case turns out. If you are seeking a real genuine individual; well educated and yet compassionate attorney; I will strongly recommend Gina. Part of my Job is spend in court and I have seen enough Lawyers out there. I cannot think of any other Attorney who works closely with her clients like Gina. Gina's staff in her current office have also been excellent in there customer service skills. It seem to me they have seen enough people go through what we have gone through. They truly know and understand how to work with people. Every phone, appointments, and meetings that were planned; were handled in a very professional manner. We felt honored in that office. We don't know them, but they offer the best customer service I have seen in a long time. It is a Lawyers office; which you really don't expect such kindness from ordinary office staff.

Gina Stewart is a very knowledgeable Attorney when it comes to Family Law. She was very sympathetic in the distance I had to travel to reach her office by scheduling phone appointments when possible. This saved a lot of time having to be away from my office for work to attend scheduled appointments. ...Gina always asked the right questions to get the proper information to present our case from the respondent side. Gina objected to needless demands from the petitioner using the law in our defense. Gina always used the least cost method in handling our entire case from beginning to end. Overall exceptionally pleased with the outcome of our case, as it was dismissed by the petitioner only days before we were scheduled for trial. Who wouldn't be happy with that?
