Biography
I have been a successful, aggressive trial attorney in all the counties of southern oregon for over thirty years. I have successfully handled many high-profile cases including the Tiller Arson Fires, the First Strike Environmental Firefighters case and, recently, a complete acquittal of all charges in the Amos Manslaughter case.
Many folks remember the tragic case of the toddler who died in a hot car incident here in Roseburg. Although her mother was arrested and charged with Manslaughter, we were able to convince the DA's office to dismiss all charges and she got her LIFE back!
I would strongly urge anyone facing serious criminal charges to do their homework,check around and inquire of other lawyers throughout southern oregon regarding my credentials and track record to learn more about what we bring to the table.
