I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where there appeared to be no injuries. I was issued a citation which I believed I was not guilty and assigned negligence to me. The other party contracted a huge medical debt and threatened to sue outside my policy limits. I was extremely scared. Bottom line, I was found not guilty, there was no negligence, no lawsuit and I can't praise Mr. Burgett's efforts enough.
