Very knowledgeable great attorney

Rick represented many on more than one occasion. He is an interesting individual as well as very intelligent. When I was in jail it's was always a plus when he came to see me as well as to have him for an attorney. Although I was in a bad way. Little light in a bad place. Thanks rick

awesome lawyer for criminal cases

I have had rick as my lawyer about 3 or 4 times now. Everytime he is very good at keeping me informed, staying on top of working with the appropriate people to try to get the lowest jail time and out of jail. I would reccomend him anytime. I've always got what I've asked for from him.

Be Careful

Mr. Inokuchi, in my experience, did not provide adequate representation. As a result, I was forced to obtain alternate representation months in to the process. There were several instances in which I requested vital information to be relayed to the ADA which I found out later were relayed without det...ail and in some instances not at all, resulting in months of wasted time, and a bad outcome as the conditions in which the incident occured were misrepresented, and by the time proper council was sought any new vital information for the state was dismissed as an attempt to change the story after the fact. Additionally, he did not return any attempts at contact, including phone, mail, and fax, until the day before each court appearance, leaving little to no time to properly discuss your case. Upon switching to another lawyer it became plain to see that several basic concepts of Oregon law involving my case we never brought to my attention by him, I cannot speak to whether he was even familiar with said laws. With the other lawyer what was a several month negotiation was over in two weeks.
