Mr. Scannell was very unprofessional in his proceedings. He was hired, did not supply requested contracts, and did not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner and frankly, less that 20% of the time requested. He modified the original agreement and requested additional funds. The majority of l...egal work was done by myself, as he was being paid thousands of dollars to file one document and did not complete filing on another requested document. Do not give this man your money, this was a terrible experience in a very unfortunate situation for my family where we needed appropriate legal guidance. We are now hiring another attorney and have lost several thousand dollars to him without resolution.
