Bill is a contributing author to the Oregon State Bar publications Administering Oregon Estates, and Administering Trusts in Oregon, and to Steve Alberty’s treatise, Advising Small Businesses. Bill is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America. He is a past member of the Oregon State Bar’s Estate Planning and Administration Executive Committee. He is a past president of the Eugene Estate Planning Council, and past officer of the Lane County Bar’s probate section.
When not practicing law, Bill and his wife, a chef and the owner of the Eugene City Bakery, enjoy gardening, cross-country skiing and attending blues concerts.
