Do your research before choosing David Force!!!

Save yourself the heartache that other's have experienced. During my case he waited until less then 24 hours before the deadline before posting my case. He had ALL the information MONTHS in advance. He and his secretary attached the wrong case file (another client) which null and voided our case. ...The administrative error allowed the other attorney to say we didn't post our case in time. The judge ruled the same because you couldn't even tell who the case was for. This was an iron clad case that we had a 99 percent chance of winning. After tons of fee's for his time. He even charged me 375.00 for the misfiled document. When I went to his office he was FULL of lies and excuses! After requesting and reviewing the court documents I was amazed to see the amount of errors on the document. He had used a canned document that he had from another client and not made all the changes with the names. It had the other clients case half mixed with mine, the other clients name, and partial names of the other client mixed with mine! I received a pathetic written apology from him saying this has never happened before. I find that hard to believe with his background!! It's up to you to chose your lawyer. I wish I would have taken a little time to find out about David Force. There is NO shortage of bad reviews for this man. All I recommend is check everything out about this man before you decide to use David Force. Check the internet for reviews! You will find more then enough evidence that you will want to go with someone else!

Misconduct For Not Performing Services Resulting In Client's Cases Being Dismissed

Force has extensive Documented Misconduct and Discipline for unethical conduct in just not working on client's cases. I was not aware of this. He did the same on mine, allowing the opposition to file lots of last minute pleadings and declarations that he never bothered to tell me about. Heck, he g...ot me to pay him many more thousands of dollars to lose. I never saw any of these papers until after the case when I ordered a copy of the case file from the court. I thought the file would be only a few pages, but it was hundreds of pages I had never seen. Force didn't tell me about them or show them to me. They were all lies, carefully tailored to walk right between the known facts, but lies. He wouldn't know that since he never asked me about them. I wouldn't know to tell him since he never showed them to me. This dangerous man ruined my life. He should also stop chain smoking, maybe it makes him jittery and uneasy and hard to keep his thoughts straight or something. What an unethical and lousy lawyer!
