Business dispute where I was owed money from a client, not only did i not prevail, I ended up paying said client in excess of $14000.00. Pat offered to trade his services for mine to help soften the blow of his ineffectiveness, but after no communication added 50% to the bill and put it in collection...s, and like a coward, wont communicate about the agreement we had. This man possesses no honor, keep your distance!

Mr. Terry did my custody/divorce case. He was kind and knowledgable. He didn't charge a lot and was more involved than my ex husband's attorney. He showed me the statute in his books and explained the situation so I could understand. I paid 1/3 what my ex paid his attorney and I won. Will use him... again.

We had tenants that did not pay... looked for help to eviction. We have the details prior to going to visit/consultation... He had to look everything up and was not knowledgeable on the case. He looked many things up and even was questioning his decisions. He knew all the tenants rights. I furth...er emailed him a question he did not answer.. No response.
