Karen Costello is the attorney who I would trust. And this is true not because she provided me with the service which I was expected to receive from her according to our original scenario. She did better work for me by making me think She is an ethical person who prevented me from taking a wrong ste...p and helped me to avoid unnecessary financial and moral expenses.

I started my case with Vasiliki. I was aware that she had minimal experience and expertise in the area but she assured me that she did have the backup of Karen Costello and resources to go to for help when needed. We made a game plan together as to how to go about handling my case. Soon after our ini...tial consultation she did completely the opposite of what we discussed and when I complained about it she withdrew as council and of course used up my entire retainer benefitting nothing to my case-and actually hindering it in my opinion. When I went over the billing statement and contacted Karen Costello regarding the matter I brought to her attention the double billing and misrepresentation of truth. She showed no interest in making it right. This Firm is inexperienced and lacking in too many areas to list here. My personal experience with them left me feeling that they were unethical and do not care about their clients and or their reputation.

Karen is a genuinely good person and it shows in her work! She truly cares for her clients and does everything possible to help them, including advising them if what they are "wanting" is the best thing for the case. Sometimes there are other ways of looking at things and going about them. She's phen...omenal in every aspect of the word!
