Great Attorney

Lynn was fantastic, very helpful! She explained the process and navigated my situation perfectly. She was able to advocate for me and made everything I needed to happen, happen!

Pathetic excuse for a lawyer

Shepard was my divorce attorney. This weak woman will not fight for you. She doesn't care about the results of your case. She cost me a lot of money by not respecting a prenuptial agreement and giving in the the other attorney without a fight. Do you want to be lied to by your own attorney? She told ...me the judge was upset with my case and would soon throw the case out because it was taking too long. I'm 100% sure this was a lie. The judge didn't even have my case on her radar. Do you want to end a divorce with so many loose ends that you'll have to hire another attorney to reopen the closed case file to make changes? Shepard closed my case with a missing document and when she did file it, after I discovered her mistake, she added the wrong document, which now requires the closed case to be corrected a second time. Shepard is a nightmare but maintains her arrogance and denies all wrong doing. This imbecile should not be practicing law. Think I'm exaggerating? Not at all. I have proof of it all. There are so many more mistakes to share but I'm tired of thinking about it. Don't hire this pathetic excuse for a lawyer.

I should of done more research before deciding to use Lynn as an Attorney

I sure wished I would of done more research before using Lynn as an attorney. She started my case a month after she said she was going to. I had no idea she hadn't started it, until I called to see if a waiting period was over that my family and I were told had to pass in hopes of default on the othe...r party. I was upset with the delay and asked for my money back, however she would not return my retainer fee, so we had no choice other than to go with her. We had no other money at the time to retain another lawyer. We proceeded with her, with frustration. She continued to perform her job in a delayed, scattered fashion. We did not feel she was even engaged in the process, as if she was, "checked out". She didn't seem to be an advocate for us even in spite of the overwhelming evidence that our family had against the other party. She prolonged our process, without consideration of our time and emotion involved in our matter. She of course reaped the financial benefit regardless. She continued to make errors in the paperwork, that needed to be corrected later, even though I pointed them out several times. She later came back with an amended version of the original agreement which initially took far too long to come up with to begin with, of course we were charged for her slowness and errors. It seemed that she prolongs the most simplest of steps that could be combined in one appointment to gain financially. She doesn't seem to be in the mindset of truly helping her client and their best interests.

horrible rip off.arrogent and unprofessional

Horrible attorney.overcharged us for services not performed.would agree with arrogent and seems to at times side with the other party.do not hire her waste of time!

Arrogant

Very condescending and dismissive of my concerns and the evidence. Complete lack of empathy for the client. I felt like I was talking to the attorney of the opposing side. Most of the time, she seemed blame me for my ex-husband's abuse.
